SYS has several programs to promote and empower young men and women, youth employment, community, development small business and entrepreneurship, sustainable livelihood, and improving access to decent work in urban areas, etc. 

SYS programs educate youth about marketable skills, leadership training, human rights and Child protection, culture and diversity, peace and conflict resolution, democracy, Youth Centre Management, Health/nutrition, and emergency responses.
